Event Description:
This is a challenging and gentle morning class in OSH's light-filled Great Room, offering very specific guidance while practicing the yoga postures. Integrating breath and clear intention, there is an ongoing emphasis on precise movement and alignment principals. Time is spent with self observation of the body's support system. The small class size allows for individual attention and space. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
