Schmooze, Booze, and Shop at Our First Annual Brooklyn Holiday Bazaar!
Gift shopping has never been so good! Brooklyn Exposed has teamed up with unique homemade goods shop Brooklyn Makers to bring you our first annual "Brooklyn Holiday Bazaar: Schmooze, Booze, Shop!" This event is free and open to the public.
On December 8, 2013 between 11am – 6pm, head over to the beautiful 501 Union venue (501 Union Street, Carroll Gardens) for all of your gift-giving needs. Another holiday market shoving locally-made goods at you, you say? Far from it.
Over thirty hand-picked local artisans (curated by Brooklyn Makers) will be on site selling clothing, jewelry, accessories, stationery, bath and beauty products, gourmet food products and much more. But it doesn’t stop there. Turn a stressful chore into a fun holiday experience with any one of the many delights we have to help you ligthen your spirit as you lighten your wallet!

Our favorite gourmet grocers - Fairway Market - will be on site handing out coffee samples as well as selling select merchandise
Get crafty at the Brooklyn ARTery DIY workshop corner
If you’re low on funds or simply want to learn how to personalize your gift, Brooklyn ARTery is for you. The community arts space offers one-of-a-kind affordable and fine quality merchandise and they also offer classes for kids and adults. December 8 they’ll be offering a multitude of workshops to sharpen your skills in jewelry-making with beads and wire, kitchen pharmacy, purple sushi-making, paper-making, jewelry from recycled materials, and toy design for kids. And get this… the 30 min workshops will only be a $5 suggested donation. Now that's the holiday spirit!
