In addition to eight rotating beers on tap and bottles of wine, Buckley’s list of $7 to $10 cocktails will include “The Hanson Dry” (a gin martini with bitters and Licor 43), “The Adopted” (a peppered vodka and dry gin blend named after one of his Franklin Park regulars), and a tequila-based drink called “Nautilus,” after Robert Fulton’s design for the world’s first working submarine. The bar seats around 50 with room for another 20 in the enclosed backyard.  -Grub Street
